Request a secret
Ask someone outside your organisation for a secret with an envelope: they fill it in without an account, and only you can open it.

Need a password from a client or a supplier? Don't ask them to email it. Send them an envelope instead.
Envelopes are encrypted to a key only you hold. Turn it on once, in Settings, Envelope, and keep your master key somewhere safe.
Then switch to Receive, and open New envelope.
Choose what you need. We'll ask for a password, and add a short note so they know what it's for.
Click SharePass it, copy the link, and send it to them any way you like.
They open the link in their browser. No account needed. They see who it's for, and your note.
They type the password and click Send secret. It is encrypted on their computer, to your key, before it leaves.
Back in SharePass, your envelope now shows as Filled. Click View.
In Content, enter your master key and open the envelope. Only you can read what is inside.
Envelopes come with the Starter and Business plans. Find out more at sharepass.com.
